What is charcoal ice-cream?  Charcoal ice- cream also known as black ice- cream which will definitely turn your lips black is made of activated charcoal. Main ingredients are canned coconut milk, condensed coconut milk, arrowroot starch, vanilla extract, cacao powder and obviously charcoal which is basically coconut ash(charred and processed remains of coconut shell). Believe it or not Discovery of charcoal ice- cream is actually an accident! That’s right! Goal was to actually create super coconutty flavor, but Morgenstern’s Finest Ice-cream, located in New- York city, ended up creating black ice- cream. Is it healthy to eat though? ...
